Lockon is from Gundam 00. Twenty-six, Irish by birth, canonically dead, but DDD being DDD that was averted and he simply spent the mun's exam period just over a month comatose in a hospital thanks to the timey-wimey exploits of The Doctor and Haruhi.

Speaking of, he was adopted into the TARDIS family by Haruhi. She and Feldt are his little not!sisters.
