Othello Farelle (seiryu_general) is from 'The Demon Ororon' manga by Hakase Mizuki.

Othello is the general of the Seiryu Army and the Fifth Prince of Hell; he is the older brother of King Ororon, the ruler of Hell. Ororon was recently killed by another sibling, Oscar. Although Oscar was eventually defeated, his involvement in a planned takeover of Hell has left one hell (HA!) of a mess for Othello to clean up. He considers Shiro a friend, and respects him for standing by Ororon's side, although he can't help but look down on the cat-demon as a lesser being.

Othello has a (well-deserved) reputation as a terrible playboy and general man-whore with exotic tastes; his current 'favourite' is Mitsume, a bounty-hunter whom he captured and held in 'training'. He nurtured Mitsume's hatred to try and give him a reason to live, then set him free, fully expecting the boy to return and try and kill him, although he'd rather have him over a barrel again if possible.

Although he is one of the three best swordsmen alive (in his fandom, anyway), seems to have no problem with taking lives in the blink of an eye and has a cruel and sadistic nature, he is steadfast and loyal to his friends and will not hesitate to defend them, whether verbally or physically. His cold nature and seemingly light-hearted attitude towards life belies a troubled past.

Oh yeah, and the girl of Shiro's dreams is in love with him. :D

On DDD, Othello currently has a rather unhealthy obsession with sweet little Shinji Ikari - or, as he likes to call him, 'Shinjikins'.

...it's OK.  He does like young men, honest.  It's canon.
