The Mediator is a book series written by Meg Cabot about Suze who is a mediator. In this sense a mediator is someone who has the ability to see, talk to and even touch ghosts. It is Suze's 'job' to help these ghosts move on to whatever it is that comes after life. Sometimes however ghosts are not so willing to cooperate so it's not always as easy as it sounds.
