Gunsmoke: the desert planet living in constant fear of the legendary gunman Vash the Stampede! But is the humanoid typhoon really so dangerous, or is he just a hunter of peace, one who chases the mayfly of love?

...Well, he's kind of both.

Meryl and Milly are two representatives of the Bernadelli Insurance company sent to assess the damage done by Vash to see if he really is a risk. As the two ladies stalk follow Vash, they discover more depth to him than they first realized... oh yeah, and some dude named Millions Knives is out to get Vash for some reason. And there's this priest dude, Nicholas D. Wolfwood, who's more than he seems as well.

All in all, it's a pretty crazy ride, with a lot of gunfights and stuff. It's like some kind of western. In the future. On another planet. Whoa.
