Vincent came to DDD accused of being an alcoholic and wasting his money on porn, as well as being horrified that bastards such as Rufus Shinra and Sephiroth were actually still around.

At first the only person he seemed to get along with was his fellow emo Cloud, but after a while and with the influences of a few viruses he managed to get paired up with the Gerudo Queen Nabooru. They seemed relatively happy together even if Vincent wasn't all that fond of Nabooru's relationship with Shinra, until Nabooru got pregnant, resulting in Vincent regressing back into a Turk and running off to fight in a tournament with a guy he still doesn't even know.

He changed back later on, and after lots of arguing with Shinra and flailing over Hojo's return, things seemed to be getting back to normal again. Then Nabooru had her misfortunate miscarriage while Vincent wasn't around, resulting in him turning back into a whiney sulky emo.
